Our client, the attractive Schiffländi retirement home in the heart of Gränichen, offers a needs-based and loving home for 90 residents. In addition to the main building, this includes the «House by the Stream», a specialised residential area with 20 units for people with dementia. Head of Finance & Services 80-100%

Your tasks

Overall responsibility for finance and accounting (FIBU / BEBU, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, budgeting, liquidity planning, controlling, reporting)
Member of the management team; involvement in strategic and operational decision-making processes
Responsibility for services & administration (administration, complaint management, telephone, reception), personnel administration and HR services (payroll and social insurance accounting)
Leadership, development and coordination of the service and admin team
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and quality standards

Your profile

Completed higher commercial or business administration education (UNI/FH/HF)
Many years of experience, e.g. in fiduciary, controlling or finance
Several years of experience in finance/accounting as well as knowledge in HR administration, preferably in a social or healthcare organisation
Several years of leadership experience and experience in change projects
Strong social, leadership and communication skills, high resilience and structured working method
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
