About the job
Do you want to actively shape the future of Green?
In this varied role, you will be jointly responsible for the facility management of our data centres and office buildings, primarily at our Lupfig location. In a motivated team, you will perform other important tasks and enjoy building new things.
Your area of responsibility
- Independently managing recurring maintenance measures – lift systems, doors, lighting, etc. – at all data centre locations
- Creating maintenance plans, preparing the corresponding documents
- Organising and being responsible for logistics and waste management
- Organising and accompanying maintenance work
- Organising and accompanying larger repairs (second-level support)
- Independently planning and implementing facility management projects related to maintenance and repairs
- Commissioning and coordinating external service providers including obtaining quotes and checking the work performed
- Representing the interests of customers in direct contact
- Taking on tasks in day-to-day business (routine activities)
Your skills
- Training in facility management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the facility sector or a similar environment
- Practical experience with various tools and MS Office
- Resilient, enthusiastic and responsible personality with initiative and strong implementation skills
- Positive attitude, systematic, precise and methodical working technique, as well as high independence
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders
- Enjoyment of technological and technical topics, curious and eager to learn
- Impeccable reputation (debt enforcement and criminal record extracts)
- Driving licence category B
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written, are important and will help you in your daily work
