You will
- identify business succession transactions together with customer advisors
- advise and support customers throughout Switzerland in all matters of business succession (purchase and sale)
- be responsible for the transaction from the initial meeting to the completion of financing
- structure financing and prepare loan applications in collaboration with credit analysis
- be the interface to external and internal partners
- have a workplace by arrangement at one of Valiant’s German-speaking Swiss branches
You bring
- a basic education in the financial services sector as well as a university of applied sciences (Bachelor FH) / university (Bachelor) or university of applied sciences (Master FH) / university (Master)
- current specialist knowledge in the field of business succession, ideally with practical experience
- analytical thinking and strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach
- an exact way of working as well as result- and goal-oriented action
- a communicative flair and sociability
- willingness to travel within the German-speaking Switzerland region
