For the DB Regio Bus companies in the Northern region (namely: Autokraft GmbH, DB Regio Bus Nord GmbH, Haller Busbetriebe GmbH, Regionalbus Braunschweig GmbH and Weser-Ems Busverkehr GmbH) we are looking for you as Team Leader: Driving Service (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible at the Bad Segeberg location.

Your tasks:

• Leadership of driving personnel
• Demand planning and recruitment together with the HR department, SEV manager, branch management and operational management
• Conducting employee, BEM and absence discussions with the driving personnel
• Assuming tasks from operator responsibility (e.g. driving licence checks & control of driving and rest times, as well as instructions, management of logbooks and vehicle lists)
• Induction of new employees
• Communication and implementation of central measures in the area of responsibility on site
• Organisation and execution of driver working groups or team meetings

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training; ideally you have a qualification as a master of commercial road transport, specialist in driving operations, driving instructor or experience in driving service or already as a team leader
• Assertiveness and a confident manner
• Economic thinking and acting
• Structured, flexible and independent working style as well as high initiative and the ability to self-motivate
• Ability to lead employees and resolve conflicts including team strengthening
• Communication and team skills as well as high resilience even in stressful situations
• Excellent IT skills in MS Outlook, MS Office, as well as willingness to familiarise yourself with corporate systems
• Ideally you have a driving licence class D and knowledge of relevant legal regulations
