- Build-up and development of the assigned area in project business
- Identification and acquisition of new customers and project partners (e.g. architects, general contractors, planners, etc.)
- Support of existing customer relationships throughout the entire project cycle
- Cooperation with Business Development, Engineering and Project Management
- Participation in tenders, presentations and negotiations
- Market and competitor observation in the responsible area
- Continuous maintenance of CRM data and reporting to the Head of Project Business
Your profile
- Technical or commercial training
- Professional experience in field service, ideally in construction, industrial or technical environment
- High degree of self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking and closing strength
- Communication and negotiation skills at all levels
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
- Very good knowledge of German, other languages are an advantage
