Our team strategically supports relevant transformation programmes in the area of Swiss payment infrastructure and ensures the quality of business-critical platforms and processes. As part of our team, you work closely with stakeholders from business, IT and management as well as with external partners to successfully and continuously develop the system landscape.
These are your tasks
- You are responsible for the overarching test strategy for complex transformation and migration programmes and ensure its implementation
- You ensure the quality of end-to-end processes, interfaces and data migrations across application and supplier boundaries
- You coordinate distributed test teams, create the essential prerequisites for successful test execution and ensure a coordinated test process across all involved parties
- You manage internal and external partners based on agreed results, quality criteria and milestones
- You identify and manage risks, dependencies and escalations and create transparent decision-making bases for stakeholders at management level
This is what you bring
- You have at least five years of experience in test management of complex IT and transformation programmes. Ideally, you have accompanied platform or infrastructure migrations in the financial environment, especially in the areas of payments or card processing
- You have sound knowledge in test and quality management as well as in end-to-end, integration, migration and acceptance testing
- You have experience in the professional leadership of distributed teams as well as in stakeholder and supplier management
- You convince with pronounced ownership and move confidently in a multi-vendor environment
- You have a university degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration or have a comparable qualification
- You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and English
