Hydraulics Assembly Mechanic (80 to 100%)
Job Description
- Assembly and testing of hydraulic components and control blocks based on drawings and work instructions
- Conducting quality and functional tests during and after assembly
- Identifying and reporting deviations, missing parts, or material defects
- Ensuring high product quality and compliance with specified quality standards
- Working in a motivated team of around 14 employees
- Contributing to the continuous optimisation of workflows and processes

- Completed training as a production mechanic, polymechanic, automation technician, or a comparable technical basic education
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of precise manual work
- Experience reading technical drawings and assembly documents or willingness to learn
- Independent, careful, and solution-oriented working style
- Team spirit, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
- High motivation, reliability, and quality awareness
- Residence in the Bern or Thun region
