Our client stands for quality, precision, reliability, respect, and harmony and pursues a demanding and ethical approach in naturopathy. The company specialises in homeopathy, phytotherapy, gemmotherapy, Schuessler salts, and dietary supplements.
You will be responsible for business development as well as the presentation of product lines, including a new product range, in your region.
Your tasks
Active market development through visits to retail chains, corporations, pharmacies, drugstores, and therapists
Maintaining existing customer relationships in the region and ensuring intensive follow-up care
Training and motivating pharmacy teams (pharmacists, assistants) on our new products and their specific benefits (USPs)
Identifying and acquiring new strategic points of sale (Key Points of Sales)
Presenting new products, ensuring stock replenishment, and receiving orders
Participating in seminars, conferences, and specialist events
Represent the company and become a brand ambassador to medical professionals and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)
Desired profile
Sales training in natural sciences, pharmacy, or an equivalent field
At least 2 years of sales experience in Switzerland, ideally in the pharmaceutical, parapharmaceutical, or natural remedies sector
Proven experience in market development or field acquisition
Knowledge of the pharmacy/drugstore market network
Languages: Swiss German (bilingual or as a native language) mandatory, French at least B2 level
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Initiative, independence, dynamism, and result-oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service
Knowledge of IT tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM)
