Type of Work

• Managing an exciting, varied property portfolio, mainly consisting of rental properties (apartments and some commercial)
• Managing a small portfolio of condominium owners' associations
• Organising and leading condominium owners' meetings including minute-taking
• Competent support and advice for tenants, owners, and external service providers
• Conducting property viewings
• Handing over and accepting properties
• Conducting rental contract negotiations
• Ensuring proper maintenance
• Preparing budgets and reports
• Planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance, renovation, and refurbishment work
• Point of contact for owners, neighbours, authorities, etc.

• Flexible working hours: Ideally 60–80%, with the possibility of a higher employment rate by agreement

Requirements Profile

• Commercial basic training
• Several years of experience in property management, ideally both in rental properties and condominium ownership (If you are interested in condominium ownership but have no experience yet, this would also be possible)
• Completion of further training as a property manager with a federal diploma would be an advantage but is not a requirement
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high standard of quality
• Communicative, empathetic, and customer-oriented personality with enjoyment in dealing with different stakeholders
