This is where you get involved
- as a passionate host, you ensure that our inpatients feel well cared for and welcome during their stay
- through professional room and meal service, you actively contribute to a pleasant stay and the well-being of our patients
- by taking responsibility for order, cleanliness and material availability in the patient rooms and creating a well-kept and pleasant environment
- by implementing quality and hygiene standards, which are self-evident to you and thus you make an important contribution to the safety and satisfaction of our patients
- with an attentive eye, you ensure the functionality of the rooms and recognise the need for action early
- by supporting the in-house patient transport and the smooth running of daily clinical operations
- by working in rotating shifts between 07:00–15:45, 09:30–19:00 and at weekends from 07:00–19:00

You
- have experience in a service industry with professional, empathetic and customer-oriented interaction
- may already have experience in a hospital environment
- are a customer-oriented, committed and responsible person who is used to working independently and reliably
- are a team player with polished manners, enjoy teamwork and convince with good manners as well as confident appearance
- have very good German language skills (spoken and written)
- are familiar and confident in using notebooks and tablets (necessary)
- bring joy and enthusiasm to your work and practise your profession with commitment and passion
