About the job
Within our Laboratory, you hold a highly technical and cross-functional position at the crossroads of development and production. Your role is to assemble, test, analyse and ensure the reliability of our products (movements) to guarantee their excellence and compliance before and during their industrial deployment.
Your mission within our Manufacture
• Assemble and fine-tune products in prototyping, qualification or improvement phases.
• Qualify and approve products according to specifications and test plans.
• Produce detailed analysis reports at each stage of product development.
• Actively participate in the development of technical guidelines for new products (definition of assembly order, lubrications, adjustments, etc.).
• Provide technical support to production workshops for the assembly of new products.
• Train and support internal teams on the techniques and specificities of these new products.
• Represent the laboratory in project teams and contribute to developments.
• Collaborate with various departments to find pragmatic solutions to production and development issues.
Your profile and skills
• Holder of a watchmaker-repairer Federal VET Diploma (or equivalent qualification).
• A Technician diploma (ES level) or equivalent is a real asset.
• You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the watchmaking industry, ideally in laboratory, prototyping or high-end after-sales service roles.
• Rigorous, autonomous and methodical personality, you work with an excellent team spirit.
• You possess a strong analytical mind and proven solution-oriented approach, enabling you to contribute critically and constructively to the optimisation of our timepieces.
