Digital transformation is the key to efficient, citizen-oriented and future-proof municipalities. You are the digital hub of the Lucerne municipalities and shape the foundations of the digital future in a pioneering way.
The association Digital Municipalities Lucerne (DGL) was founded this summer and already 71 municipalities have joined. The 9-member board with municipal representatives is motivated to advocate for the digital interests of the municipal level. The goals of the DGL include the professional and targeted implementation of joint digitalisation projects, the introduction of municipal services in the online counter my.lu.ch, as well as knowledge transfer in areas such as IT security or artificial intelligence. Managing Director
You lead the office, implement the goals and resolutions of the board, and develop the strategy of the DGL in coordination with it. You form and manage working groups around e-government (e.g. my.lu.ch). Initiating and implementing projects as well as coordinating with the canton, federal government and external partners are among your main tasks. You ensure that the projects lead to user-friendly, standardised and sustainably operable solutions. Furthermore, you maintain and develop the DGL network with municipalities, canton, federal government, business and other partners. Internal and external communication as well as financial planning and resource management complete your area of responsibility.
For this exciting responsibility, you bring a degree in business informatics, process management or digitalisation. You have successful project management and implementation experience in digitalisation or digital transformation, ideally in the field of e-government. You also have expertise in change and process management as well as in business operations. You have political understanding and have already worked with municipalities and cantons. Furthermore, you communicate appropriately for the target group and present yourself convincingly. You can expect a newly created key position with a high degree of independence – you can help shape the DGL from the very beginning.
