We perform statutory tasks within the framework of economic social assistance, rent contributions and premium reductions, child and youth welfare, and the country’s basic psychosocial care as well as in the area of equal opportunities.
Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Review of budgets and audited annual accounts of supported institutions
- Disbursement and controlling of financial support contributions
- Examination of applications and performance-related billing
- Coordination and processing of requests, cost assumption guarantees, and deficit settlements with Swiss liaison offices
- User-oriented use of the specialist applications deployed concerning daycare financing
Qualifications
You are particularly characterised for this position by:
- Higher financial or business administration education (Bachelor’s degree, Swiss federal diploma accountant/controller or similar)
- Several years of professional experience in controlling
- User experience as key or superuser in IT specialist applications
- Organisational and analytical skills
- Very good MS Office knowledge
