For our location in Bad Zurzach, we are looking for a committed individual to strengthen our great team. Our team consists of 14 motivated people, and we look forward to welcoming you. After the induction, we also offer the possibility of home office to enable a flexible working environment.

Tasks

• Processing admissions: You check and process admission documents and ensure a smooth administrative intake
• Recording patient data: You record all relevant data in the clinical information system (M-KIS, Dynmed, RAP) and maintain patient records accurately and comprehensively
• Cost approval & agreements: You obtain cost approvals, monitor them and coordinate cost agreements with our patients
• Bed planning: You take on the responsible planning of beds across all inpatient locations
• Communication: You maintain contact with internal and external partners such as referrers, insurers, patients, and the interprofessional team
• Information management: You guide interested patients through the facility and provide competent information
• Administration: You support the team with general administrative tasks and contribute to the optimisation of our processes

Requirements

• Education: Completed commercial training (EFZ or commercial diploma)
• Experience: Several years of professional experience, ideally as a bed disposition clerk or in healthcare
• IT know-how: Good user knowledge of MS Office, advantageously also in RAP, DynMED and M-KIS
• Personality: You have a pronounced organisational talent, high service orientation as well as flexibility and teamwork skills
• Communication: You convince with your clear and empathetic communication as well as your confident appearance
