Your area of responsibility
- Care and support of patients with acute medical conditions
- Managing the care and patient process including the individual needs of patients
- Close collaboration in tandem with health professionals
- Involvement of interprofessional services
- Participation in the training of students and apprentices
Your skills
- Nurse HF/FH with experience in an acute hospital or willingness to acquire it
- High patient orientation and provision of individual and effective care
- Empathetic and motivated personality with a flair for working with older people
- Creative, flexible and humorous approach to the unexpected
- Willingness for open exchange within the interprofessional team
- Interest in actively shaping everyday work and processes
