We at Spitex Uster, a business unit of the City of Uster, are looking for committed colleagues who want to ensure and advance outpatient care, support, and assistance for around 40,500 residents in the City of Uster and the Municipality of Mönchaltorf together with us.

Our range of services includes both somatic and psychiatric care, counselling, domestic help and support, as well as the Spitex shop. In addition, we are a training and internship location and a member of the Gesundheitsmeile Uster training cooperation. With our help, clients can remain in their familiar environment or return home earlier after a hospital stay.

Your main tasks

• Implementing the care process and working closely with the case managers
• Resource- and relationship-oriented care and support of clients with dementia
• Observing, recognising, and acting professionally on changes in behaviour and condition of clients
• Accurate electronic documentation of services and observations
• Contributing ideas, experience, and expertise in building a new offering in the field of dementia
• Interdisciplinary collaboration

What you bring

• Completed EFZ training as FaGe/FaBe (with completed further training in treatment care)
• Experience in the care and support of people with dementia
• High social and communication skills as well as patience and empathy
• Independent, responsible, and reflective working style
• Digital proficiency for daily electronic administration
• Good oral and written German skills
• Optionally own car (mileage allowance by Spitex) or driving licence category B; alternatively, e-bikes are available
