Asset Manager Furniture and Operations (m/f/d)
- Planning, organisation and coordination of furniture procurement for the central administration of the canton of St. Gallen
- Ensuring standardisation and compliance with agreed contractual services in furniture management
- Commissioning, controlling and coordinating suppliers, craftsmen and service providers for new acquisitions, relocations and repairs
- Management, maintenance and ongoing updating of the furniture inventory
- Independent supervision of assigned properties in asset management
- Planning, coordination and support of maintenance projects from needs assessment to order processing
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) in planning, carpentry, interior construction or a comparable field
- Sound knowledge of construction and real estate, ideally complemented by further training in facility management, furniture management or interior construction
- Strong spatial imagination
- Very good MS Office skills and high IT affinity; experience with CAFM systems is an advantage
- Organisational talent, service orientation and enjoyment in coordinating various stakeholders
