Your tasks:

• Independent checking, coding and posting of supplier invoices
• Management of financial accounting
• Reconciliation and control of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts
• Preparation and execution of regular payment runs
• Collaboration in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Collaboration in cost accounting and business management evaluations
• Support in commercial and administrative processes
• Deputising in the accounts receivable process including dunning

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting, for example as a clerk in accounting, or a comparable qualification
• Confidence in balance sheets
• Several years of practical experience in finance and accounting
• Good knowledge of financial accounting and confidence in handling balance sheet and profit and loss accounts
• Good knowledge of cost accounting
• Experience with ABACUS is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Structured, precise and punctual working style with a high quality standard
• Strong independence and sense of responsibility
• Cheerful, reliable and team-oriented personality
