• 🔍 Diploma as a nurse HF, FH — recognised in Switzerland. Foreign qualifications with SRK recognition also welcome.
• 🔍 At least 2 years of professional experience — you come with expertise, not to acquire it. Independent case management requires confidence in judgement.
• 🔍 Driving licence category B — you are out in the field daily. Company car including private use and fuel card provided.
• 🔍 German language skills C1 — doctor consultations, advising relatives, writing prescriptions, team communication: language is your most important leadership tool.

• 🚗 Company car + fuel card; including private use — also at weekends. Value ~CHF 500/month.
