You develop & shape our safety culture further and support our plants and employees regarding health protection and occupational safety. You can help develop the newly created Health Protection and Occupational Safety team and contribute your experience and ideas to the implementation of the topic.
Your mission:
- Support and advise management, department heads and team leaders on safety and health protection issues.
- Coordinate the Health and Safety team and work closely with all parties involved to sustainably strengthen safety-oriented behaviour (safety culture).
- Communicate topics around safety and contribute to the visibility of safety and health protection.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of occupational safety and proactively advance relevant safety topics.
- Implement your own projects in the area of occupational safety and health protection.
- Contact with external consultants, the industry association and authorities regarding occupational safety.
- Regularly conduct audits.
- Responsible for training and instructions in the area of Health and Safety.

- Outgoing and communicative
- Finesse and persuasiveness
- A technical basic education
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Leadership experience as a team leader and at least 2 years of leadership experience in a comparable role
- Training (at least safety assistant)
- Experience in process optimisation and dealing with internal controls (ICS) is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
- High resilience, team spirit as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
