Hardware Engineer Power Electronics (m/f/d)
What you will achieve:
You are responsible for the development of electronic assemblies according to system specifications as well as for the creation of HW specifications, HW architectures, and detailed designs.
You are responsible for performing calculations, circuit simulations, and selecting components.
You design power stages, digital and analog control circuits, and integration tests.
You conduct system integration tests and collaborate with system and test teams, and in the execution of HW unit and integration tests, you work with the PCB team.
What you bring:
You have a successfully completed degree in electrical engineering or physics (university degree or technical college degree).
You have solid experience in the development of power electronics as well as in functional safety according to ISO 26262.
You bring experience in Spice circuit simulations and laboratory work.
Preferably, you have knowledge in Matlab and Altium Designer; knowledge of Plecs, Maxwell 3D, Q3D, Simplorer (Twin Builder) is an advantage.
Ideally, you have experience with A-Spice or with the design of automotive electronics.
You are characterized by your solution-oriented and team-supportive working style.
Your English skills (spoken and written) are good; knowledge of German is an advantage.
