Student Assistant Data Evaluation Building Technology (approx. 50 hours)
The office forms the service center of the Zurich church community. The real estate department is the competence center and central contact point for all real estate matters. Core tasks include the management of properties as well as the forward-looking planning and control of the real estate portfolio. Climate measuring devices are currently in use in various rooms of our properties. To ensure the quality of our building use in the long term, the recorded temperature and humidity data of the respective heating periods are regularly read out and professionally evaluated. For the responsible preparation of these reports, we are looking for you for the period from May 4 to 15, 2026 as
Your tasks
- Reading operating data (temperature & humidity) from the Avelon Cloud
- Professional analysis and evaluation of the measurement data of the heating period
- Deriving possible optimization and improvement suggestions
- Preparation of a structured report according to the provided template:
- Inserting the observation period
- Screenshot of the measurement value diagram
- Formulating comments & observations
- Deriving recommendations & measures
Your profile
- Student in the field of building technology, HVAC, energy, mechanical or environmental engineering
- Understanding of relationships on measurement value diagrams (temperature & humidity)
- Formulation of concrete recommendations based on the measurement value diagrams
- Know-how and/or experience in the field of indoor climate / building data analysis / energy controlling
- Independent and careful working style
- Availability for the evaluation from May 4 to 15, 2026
