Project Manager / Client (80-100%)

About the job

In this position, you take on project responsibility for various new construction or renovation projects across all SIA phases and thus all client tasks towards contractors, authorities, and third parties. You are responsible for the ordering, coordination, and management of all internal and external project participants, controlling the planning and construction process, and managing and monitoring costs, deadlines, and quality while considering project-specific requirements. You are also responsible for timely and phased information and communication to all stakeholders.

For this role, you bring training as an architect ETH/FH as well as several years of professional experience in client-side project management. You have acquired solid knowledge of Swiss building standards and guidelines and master the methods of (construction) project management.

You are a reliable and resilient leader and treat employees, contractors, as well as the voluntary members of the board and commissions with respect, diplomatic skill, and openness. You can identify with the goals and values of FGZ.

As a Project Manager / Client, you work directly with the Head of Buildings and Outdoor Areas. A team of competent and highly motivated employees supports you in fulfilling your tasks.
