Polymechanic (Versatile)
Activities
- Performing analyses on returns, preparing cost estimates and repairing the VGG
- Handling daily business around the VGG, such as general repair work, supporting the storage of spare parts and picking complex orders
- Supporting the entire repair process of the VGG and the associated components
- Providing pre- and aftersales support for end customers, distributors and OEMs as well as technical support for the sales and marketing team in the area of VGG
- Supporting technical support in fault analysis of VGG by phone
- Accompanying sales managers and field service during customer visits on site (irregularly)
- Supporting training of service technicians in-house and externally
Requirements
- Mechanical training
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Professional experience as a service technician for analytical devices, preferably on GC
- Technical all-rounder with the ability to read service manuals and schematics
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, high resilience, customer-oriented work
