You are on the road daily with the Hilti company car, driving to our customers, including construction sites or warehouses, and meeting our contacts there, such as construction and project managers (m/f/d). You demonstrate our products on-site or in the state-of-the-art Hilti stores, explain how they work, place our strategic solutions, highlight the advantages, convince customers of the added value, negotiate terms, and close contracts. You are close to the market pulse, near the customer, take up the needs and improvement suggestions of the users, and forward them to product management. The main goal is to build sustainable partner customers. Our CRM is the most important planning tool in this regard.What you bring:
- Professional experience in the construction industry, additional experience in field sales is an advantage
- A completed technical education is an advantage
- High level of self-motivation as well as good self- and time management
- Result- and goal-orientation, a structured way of working, and a networked way of thinking
- Enjoy daily customer contact and being on the road within your area
- Fluent German and Swiss German skills
- Valid driver’s license
