In this exciting position, you take responsibility for international customer projects from the sales phase to successful commissioning. You act as a link between customers, internal departments and engineering and ensure that machines and processes operate smoothly worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Contact person for international customers and internal teams on technical issues
Ensuring efficient and stable machine and process operation
Support in process optimisation and quality improvement
Conducting training and technical support on-site and remotely
Accompanying machine acceptance internally and externally
Independent project management from sales closure to successful installation at the customer
International travel of approx. 80%
Qualifications:
Completed technical training (e.g. mechanic, automation technician)
Further education as a FH engineer in mechanical engineering, systems engineering, mechatronics or comparable
Several years of professional experience in machine or plant engineering
Initial experience in project management as well as basic business understanding
Very good technical understanding of machine and process workflows
Fluent German and English skills (C1), additional languages advantageous
