Plant and Equipment Builder as Deputy Team Leader and Vocational Trainer

With us, you combine your craft skills with initial leadership tasks and the training of our apprentices.

Your tasks

• You manufacture welded constructions from sheet metal, profiles, and beams in steel and stainless steel
• You assemble constructions according to technical drawings and weld with MAG and TIG
• You act as deputy team leader during absences
• You support work planning, coordination, and quality assurance
• You accompany and promote our apprentices in daily work
• You impart your knowledge practically and support young professionals in their development

Your profile

• A completed apprenticeship as a plant and equipment builder, metalworker, or a comparable qualification
• Good experience in MAG and TIG welding
• A valid welding certificate is an advantage
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and supporting others professionally
• Interest in leadership and organisation
• A vocational trainer course – or willingness to complete one
• An independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• - An uncomplicated manner and enjoyment of teamwork
