Polymechanic, Federal VET Diploma (Grinder) for an Exciting Permanent Position

• Further developing and optimising processes on a new 5-axis profile grinding machine
• Creating and adjusting grinding programmes at the CAM workstation
• Transferring existing products to new manufacturing technologies
• Independently processing grinding orders including operating a 6-axis articulated robot
• Conducting quality controls and ensuring high manufacturing standards
• Performing minor maintenance and repair work on the equipment
• Actively contributing ideas for process and production optimisation

• Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic, production mechanic or comparable qualification
• Experience in grinding and chip-removal manufacturing
• Good technical understanding and interest in modern automation technology
• Structured, precise and quality-conscious working style
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Independent, team-oriented and eager to learn personality
