About the job

These are your tasks

• Planning, management, support, documentation and evaluation of the care process to ensure professional basic and treatment care in compliance with care standards and quality guidelines
• Collaboration with the medical service and execution of medical orders
• Ensuring meaningful daily activities and activation tailored to the possibilities, wishes and needs of the residents
• Ongoing review and updating of care documentation
• Management and responsibility for the medication and materials for the department
• Participation in the RAI LTCF assessments
• Responsibility for smooth workflow (daily responsibility)

What you bring with you

• Training as a nursing specialist (possibly at tertiary level)
• Proven experience in long-term care
• Ideally experience as a vocational trainer
• RAI LTCF knowledge
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Team spirit, resilience and flexibility
• Efficient and independent working style
• Confident, friendly demeanour and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Cross-departmental thinking
