Spitex novacare GmbH is a private Spitex organisation based in Lucerne. We professionally and personally support and care for our clients in their familiar home environment.

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and reliable person as

Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) 80–100 %

Your tasks

• Independent care and support of our clients at home
• Execution of basic and treatment care according to medical prescription
• Carrying out medical-technical procedures
• Observation and assessment of health status
• Maintaining a complete and comprehensible care documentation
• Coordination and planning of Spitex assignments with Nexus PEPS
• Collaboration with nursing professionals, doctors, relatives and other specialist agencies
• Participation in ensuring and further developing our care quality

Your profile

• Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
• Spitex experience is desirable
• Experience with Nexus and PEPS is an advantage
• Independent, responsible and reliable working style
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and outpatient care
• Good oral and written German skills
• Organisational skills and careful documentation
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekend shifts
• Driving licence category B
• Own car for assignments is mandatory
