Commercial Controller (m/f/d) 100%

To strengthen our finance team in the area of commercial controlling, we are looking immediately at the Basel headquarters location for a motivated and committed Commercial Controller (m/f/d), 100%.

Your responsibilities
- You are the business partner of the buying team to maximize financial performance (Category Director, Head of Product Managers, Product Managers …)
- You analyze the weekly performance of the unit (sales, margin, inventory) and are involved in the development of sales measures by quantifying the financial impacts
- You actively participate in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- You implement reporting and track the results of the highlights of your departments (promotion periods, clearance sales, Black Friday, Christmas ...).
- You conduct ad-hoc studies and analyses.
- You participate in strategic projects.

Your profile
- You have a university degree with training in finance/controlling.
- You have gained professional experience in controlling, ideally in retail/fashion.
- You have very good German, French, and English skills.
- You are proficient in MS Office (mainly Excel) and reporting tools.
- You are open, proactive, and bring your own ideas.
- You have strong analytical and synthesis skills and can translate complex data into clear recommendations for management.
- You handle frequent changes confidently.
