For the Venue Service at THE HALL we are looking for a immediate or by arrangement a

Technical Project Manager Venue Service (80-100%)

Main areas of work:

Project Management:

• Communication / coordination with customers and partners
• Preparation of project offers for the location / customers
• Planning, organising and procuring the technical requirements of the events
• Independent execution / implementation of the projects
• Management, instruction and support of the involved employees
• Quality assurance and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ensuring the profitability of the orders
• Post-processing of the projects

Venue Operating:

• Operation of event technology
• Instruction and support of the involved employees
• Maintenance & servicing of the permanently installed event technology

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Several years of experience in event technology Venue Service and project management
• Completed vocational training as an event technician EFZ or master craftsman for event technology
• Strong organisational talent
• Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Leadership skills
• Proficiency in German and English, spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Driving licence category B
• Independent, team-oriented, responsible and resilient personality
• Willingness to work during events and irregular working hours
