We need reinforcement for our residential group IV immediately or by arrangement. This residential group mainly consists of independent clients who require occasional support in everyday practical life. In addition to cognitive impairments, there are additional mental illnesses.
Accompaniment and support in everyday life with various forms of disability and care needs
Promotion and maintenance of practical life skills
Contact person for educational as well as nursing-medical topics
Documentation of developmental processes (software Redline)
Taking over departmental and key worker tasks
Profile
Completed training as a care specialist (disability sector) or several years of professional experience in supporting people with impairments and mental disorders
Resilient, independent and responsible
Appreciative attitude and genuine interest in others
Independent working style with high personal responsibility
Team player, solution-oriented and open to feedback
Willingness to work irregular hours (evening and weekend shifts)
