Your area of responsibility
- Ensuring evidence-based and high-quality nursing care
- Initiating, developing and implementing innovative nursing concepts
- Working in direct care and taking case management responsibility in complex situations
- Advising, training and supporting our nursing teams as well as clients and their relatives
- Interprofessional networking and representing nursing topics to relevant stakeholders
- Promoting knowledge transfer and best practices within the organisation
What you bring with you
- Master of Science in Nursing (MScN/APN)
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the outpatient sector
- Experience in Spitex; knowledge of interRAI HC is an advantage
- Connected, analytical and future-oriented way of thinking
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Enjoyment of quality development, project work and interdisciplinary collaboration
