Your area of responsibility
• Ensuring evidence-based and high-quality nursing care
• Initiating, developing and implementing innovative nursing concepts
• Working in direct care and taking case management responsibility in complex situations
• Advising, training and supporting our nursing teams as well as clients and their relatives
• Interprofessional networking and representing nursing topics to relevant stakeholders
• Promoting knowledge transfer and best practices within the organisation
Your profile
• Master of Science in Nursing (MScN/APN)
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in outpatient care
• Experience in Spitex; knowledge of interRAI HC is an advantage
• Connected, analytical and future-oriented way of thinking
• Independent, structured and responsible working style
• Enjoyment of quality development, project work and interdisciplinary collaboration
