Your responsibilities include in particular:
- Participation in the design of infrastructure and civil engineering projects
- Support in the technical planning and processing of projects
- Participation in projects in the areas of road construction, transport infrastructure, and utility construction
- Creating and processing technical project documents
- Support in tenders and submissions
- Processing tender documents and technical documentation
- Support in awarding and coordinating contractor services
- Participation in on-site construction management
- Accompanying execution and monitoring of work on site
- Support in schedule, quality, and cost controls
- Coordination with project participants, contractors, authorities, and other contacts
- Documentation of project progress
- Independent handling of defined areas within the projects
- Support of project management in organisational and technical matters
Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:
- Completed training as a certified Technician HF or a comparable technical qualification
- Solid knowledge in general civil and infrastructure engineering
- Ideally practical experience in the design of infrastructure projects
- Knowledge in road, traffic, or utility construction is an advantage
- Experience with tenders and submissions is desirable
- Interest in accompanying construction execution
- Good user knowledge of common IT and planning programmes
- Experience with construction administration software is an advantage
- Technical understanding and good spatial imagination
- Independent, structured, and careful working style
- High quality awareness
- Good organisational skills
- Resilience and flexibility even with changing requirements
