What you can achieve
- You are a sparring partner for leaders when it comes to cultural changes
- You actively contribute to the redesign of our leadership offerings – always close to the mission statement, values and our competency model
- You develop programmes for leaders and teams and accompany them as a coach or moderator through the transformation
- You are familiar with topics such as talent management, diversity, employee surveys and occupational health management and gladly support your colleagues in these areas
- Depending on experience and profile, you also take on additional responsibility in projects and topics of personnel and organisational development
What you bring with you
- A completed degree in work or organisational psychology is mandatory. Everything else, such as a recognised coaching qualification, is a bonus
- At least two to five years of experience in a comparable role in personnel and organisational development – so you have already gained solid knowledge and experience in our craft
- Passion and know-how to accompany change and development processes and to design innovative HR solutions
- Strong conceptual thinking, combined with a confident appearance, strategic foresight and a clear results orientation
- Self-responsibility, self-management and assertiveness? You have these just as well as excellent communication skills
- You love working interdisciplinarily and exchanging ideas with different stakeholders – in short: you are a team player through and through
- Willingness and flexibility for occasional assignments at other locations
