Our client is an established retirement home with an attached Spitex, dedicated to the holistic care and support of residents. With a clear care philosophy and a committed interdisciplinary team, the company creates an environment where individual needs are central. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual as Department Head.

Department Head (m/f/d)

- Leadership and promotion of nursing staff within the team

- Preparation of work and holiday schedules

- Conducting employee evaluations and setting objectives

- Coordination of the induction of new employees

- Ensuring accurate nursing documentation

- Organisation and coordination of departmental tasks

- Responsibility for medication and material ordering

- Recording care needs and care issues

- Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration within the organisation

- Informing the nursing and care management about departmental matters

- Completed training as a tertiary level nursing specialist

- Completed further training in team leadership
