For our pool of temporary specialists, we are looking for experienced payroll professionals who support our clients for a limited period and are employed by Humanis AG during their assignment. Temporary (Senior) Payroll Specialist, 60-100%
Your Tasks
- Assisting with payroll processing and, if necessary, year-end tasks
- Collaborating on the processing of withholding tax and social security statements
- Reporting to social security institutions and authorities (entries, exits, changes, payroll data)
- Handling family allowances, compensation for loss of earnings and maternity benefits, etc.
- Managing long-term absences and disability coordination including salary reductions
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll
- Proficient in Swiss payroll accounting; taxes, social security and labour law
- Experience with ERP SAP HCM is a must-have, good knowledge of Excel
- Responsible, independent working style, high quality standards and an open error culture
- Native German speaker and English at level B2 or above, any additional language is an advantage
The Company Offers
- Employment conditions: through Humanis AG on an hourly wage basis (42h/week and 4 weeks holiday)
