To complete the team at our subsidiary, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a dynamic and motivated personality.

These tasks require your expertise:

• You advise and assist our customers comprehensively and individually in the categories of care products, make-up and perfume
• Accordingly, you actively accompany our customers during the consultation and sell cosmetic products from world-renowned brands
• If the sales process requires it, you apply make-up or perform skin analyses
• You contribute to the success of the subsidiary by implementing predefined promotions
• You strengthen the positive image of Marionnaud, as you always act in the interest of the company, increase the company’s visibility and gain new customers
• Various administrative and organisational tasks are also your responsibility, as well as typical ancillary activities of the subsidiary (decoration, cleaning, inventories, etc.)

You convince us confidently by:

• Your art of active selling and a validated professional training in retail.
• Relevant practical experience of several years in high-level sales and knowledge of the perfumery/drugstore/beauty salon sector.
• A rigorous customer orientation, conscientious beauty advice and a keen sense of communication.
• Your ability to create customer demand for our products, to convince them of Marionnaud and to make them loyal customers.
• A neat appearance and a passion for our industry as well as for new trends in make-up, care or perfumes.
• Personal initiative, reliability, a sense of responsibility and team spirit.
