For our Modernisation Department in the Zurich region, we are looking for you as a committed Project Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will work on projects in the Zurich region in the area of refurbishment.

Your responsibilities

• Achieving the economic project goals of refurbishment projects in the Zurich region while adhering to the specified quality, deadlines and costs, from tendering to commissioning
• Independent, operational execution considering safety, scheduling, quality and quantitative requirements
• Collaboration with local subcontractors, suppliers, planners and authorities
• Acting as the contact person for clients, business partners and tenants
• Demanding and supporting the site managers in your team
• Maintaining an open and respectful communication culture as well as proper documentation
• Reporting tasks to the team leader

Why you will succeed

• Completed training as a project manager, TS technician, architect or civil engineer
• 2 - 5 years of experience as a project manager of refurbishment projects
• Independent management of construction sites with high complexity
• Technical leadership of up to five site managers
• Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset
• Assertiveness and high social competence
