Your tasks:

• Professional, holistic nursing and care of our residents
• Individual support in everyday life, tailored to needs and wishes
• Documentation according to current standards (WZW formula)
• Close contact with relatives and key persons
• Household tasks according to specifications

Your profile:

• Professional experience in long-term and/or dementia care
• Enjoyment of modern, holistic care concepts
• Responsibility, communication skills and team spirit
• Interest in personal development and new methods (validation, basal stimulation, palliative care, kinaesthetics)
• Ideally knowledge of the RAI LTCF system and easyDOK
