About the job
The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our range extends from advisory services for older people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as home care and support. With over 200 beds, the inpatient general long-term care offering at the Dielsdorf site is complemented by specialised treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and a focus on dementia.
- Accompanying and caring for residents with a focus on palliative care
- Communication with residents, relatives, and the team
- Maintaining nursing documentation and creating care plans
- Collaboration within the interdisciplinary team (nursing, medical service, therapists, as well as advisory and social services)
- Assuming daily responsibility
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or an equivalent with SRK recognition
- Further training in the palliative field or willingness to undertake such training
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
- High social, methodological, and professional competence
- Up-to-date IT skills
- Independent and responsible working style
