Your area of responsibility
- Administrative and organizational support for the Oncology department
- Coordination of appointments and consultations for assistant doctors and nursing staff
- Processing of medical reports, patient inquiries, and insurance correspondence
- Contact person for patients, relatives, and
external partners - Handling of telephone inquiries and emails
- Assistance at the reception
- Organization of outpatient and inpatient examinations and treatments
- Billing
Your competencies
- Training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Medical Secretary, preferably with several years of professional experience
- Sensitivity and discretion in dealing with sensitive patients and patient data
- Team-oriented, service-oriented, and empathetic personality
- Good knowledge of German and additional language skills are an advantage
