To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, reliable and independent electrical service technician to manage and maintain our rental properties, mainly in the city of Zurich and surrounding areas.

 

Your tasks

• Independent execution of all maintenance, repair and service work on electrical installations
• Maintenance and upkeep work
• Organisation, work preparation (AVOR) and execution of electrical installations during conversions and extensions
• Independent management and processing of orders arising in the properties under your care

Your profile

• Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or assembly electrician EFZ
• Proven expertise and several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of conversion, renovation and maintenance
• Category B driving licence
• Independent, reliable and goal-oriented working style
• Good manners and enjoyment in contact with customers, tenants and business partners
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
