You enjoy being active, prefer working with your hands rather than just at a desk, and want to experience something different every day? Then the apprenticeship as a Facility Management Specialist EFZ at ABZ is just the thing for you!
Together with your practical trainer, you ensure that our residential estates remain clean, safe, and in top condition. You repair, maintain, inspect, and are deployed wherever you are needed. In the process, you learn to handle tools, machines, and modern building technology and make an important contribution to our tenants.
What to expect
- You inspect and maintain technical systems and fix minor faults.
- You carry out repairs on doors, taps, or household appliances.
- You replace light bulbs, door locks, and seals.
- You maintain our green spaces and ensure that outdoor areas look inviting.
- You take care of drying devices, tumble dryers, and other equipment.
- You are in contact with our tenants and work closely with various teams.
During your apprenticeship, you will attend vocational school in Wetzikon
