The Directorate of Economic Affairs and Vocational Training (VWBD) is responsible for economic promotion in the canton. Its task is to stimulate economic dynamism, including tourism. It promotes energy efficiency and renewable energies. The VWBD is responsible for cantonal statistics and manages the commercial register. It is active in housing policy and vocational training. The VWBD also ensures a balanced labour market and promotes the reintegration of job seekers. Finally, it oversees active land policy and the universities of applied sciences in the canton of Fribourg.

Desired Profile
- Master's degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Social Policy, Public Administration or another related field
- Several years of professional experience in the field of vocational integration of young people
- Good knowledge of the Swiss education system and Swiss education policy
- Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability and ability to listen to others
- Experience in project management
- Excellent knowledge of IT tools, especially the M365 suite (Power Query, PowerBI, SharePoint)
- Fluency in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language
Your Tasks
Cantonal Coordinator at the Cantonal Commission for Young People with Difficulties in Vocational Integration (KJS) under the chairmanship of Christophe Nydegger, Head of the Office for Vocational Training (BBA).
The position (80-90%) is attached to the BBA.
- Ensure the implementation of a strategy for vocational integration and lead cross-departmental projects
- Support the strategic governance of the vocational integration system in collaboration with the relevant offices and partners
- Ensure the management and administration of the Youth platform
- Guarantee the operational management of the vocational integration system for young people
- Manage the digital platforms
- Collaborate with various partners
