To strengthen our team in the HR area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Sales Trainer (m/f/d), 80%, at the Basel Headquarters location from 12.01.2026.

Your responsibilities
- You develop and conduct training programs.
- You organize simulations and role plays.
- You are responsible for individual coaching and performance monitoring based on KPIs.
- You organize training on products/services/loyalty programs.
- You are responsible for the administrative management of training via the learning platform.

Your profile
- You have a degree in retail or an equivalent qualification and certification as a professional trainer (min SVEB3).
- You have at least 5 years of experience in retail as well as 3-5 years in leadership and training-related roles.
- You have excellent knowledge of sales techniques.
- You have solid experience in training design and coaching.
- You have excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- You speak fluent German and have knowledge of another national language.
