The Executive School of Management, Technology and Law (ES HSG) is the contact point for further education at HSG. The business area Law & Management is an important business area of ES-HSG and focuses primarily on formats at the interface of law and business administration.

Your Tasks

Responsibility for the Executive degree programs in Business Law for Managers (WRM-HSG) and Management for the Legal Profession (MLP-HSG) as well as other training modules
Responsibility for the development, conception, and alignment of the teaching content, selection and instruction of the main lecturers and speakers, ensuring quality
Course moderation and support for lecturers and participants
Acquisition of participants in the open program or gaining corporate clients for in-house programs
Networking to attract suitable speakers
Support in marketing, development of promotional materials, and content generation for social media (e.g., LinkedIn, newsletters) as well as conducting regular information events
As a member of the Management & Law team, actively contributing to the further development of the business area and new training offerings
Responsibility for results
Diverse administrative tasks and organizational support

Your Profile

Dr. iur. and lawyer
10 years of professional experience and 5 years of leadership experience in a law firm and/or legal department, as well as additional studies in business administration (MBA, EMBA, MLP-HSG)
Successful speaker in further education programs with corresponding didactic experience and interest in management issues in the legal market
Thinking entrepreneurially and responsibly as well as acting customer-oriented
Highly team-oriented and communicative
Independent and flexible as well as careful and precise working style
Very good German and English skills
Interest in long-term collaboration
