Your tasks
- Ensuring maintenance, upkeep and operation of our buildings and technical systems
- Leading and coordinating employees in the Technical Services
- Managing external specialist companies and service providers
- Planning and supervising repairs, conversions, renovations and projects
- Coordinating safety inspections and technical approvals
- Participating in fire protection, occupational safety, emergency organisation and energy efficiency
- Further development of technical procedures and processes
Your profile
- Completed technical or craft training, ideally with further education in building technology or facility management
- Several years of professional experience in technical building maintenance, facility management or a comparable role
- Experience in leading or coordinating employees
- Good knowledge of technical building systems
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Sense of responsibility, organisational talent and good communication skills
- Good German language skills and enjoyment in pitching in yourself when needed
