Job description
La Plaine Residence is a Medico-Social Establishment housing 92 residents. We support people of AHV age who have lost autonomy and sometimes suffer from psychological or psychiatric disorders. Our philosophy is based on multidisciplinary collaboration.
YOUR MISSION
- Ensure the cleaning of rooms and common areas of the Residence, according to established procedures
- Maintain order and cleanliness of storage and equipment rooms
- Organise your work taking into account the residents’ daily rhythms
- Contribute to the quality of reception and hotel services provided to residents, according to current procedures and protocols
- Collaborate and ensure compliance with hygiene standards and monitor their application
Profile sought
YOU HAVE
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Dynamism, flexibility and open-mindedness
- Good presentation
- Mandatory knowledge of computer tools
- Fluent spoken and written French is compulsory
- Knowledge of basic hygiene in a hospital environment is desirable
- Good interpersonal skills with residents, relatives and external clients
- Swiss nationality or valid permit
